Catholic Community Services of Lane County has received a limited amount of additional funds to distribute to individuals or families who have not already received this assistance and have been evacuated due to the Holiday Farm Fire in Lane County.
One adult per address is eligible to receive a $250 VISA Cash Gift Card upon showing ID or proof of residence in an evacuated zone (level 3 and level 2)
CCS Springfield Community Service Center location only, located at 1025 G Street in Springfield. (Bus stop right outside the front entrance).
TWO DISTRIBUTION DAYS: Monday, September 28th …… 8:00 am – 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 30th ….. 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
BRING: Photo ID and proof of residence in evacuation zones 2 and 3 (utility bill, car insurance, vehicle registration, etc.) Speak with CCS staff onsite if unable to provide verification.
Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements and masks are required. The distribution will be happening outside, so dress accordingly & bring umbrellas if needed.
ADDITIONAL CCS SERVICES AVAILABLE
Monday, Wednesday and Friday the food pantry is open to anyone who needs food from 8:00am-12:00pm at both CCS Community Service Centers.
